Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of our service. By accessing or using our service, you

2.2 You are prohibited from using the Service in any way that disrupts or interferes with the

changes and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the

Customers are advised that information provided via online counselling is not suitable or intended to

replace professional psychological psychotherapy. As a rule, the counsellor is not responsible for

following the advice provided. In this respect, clients act at their own risk.

It is therefore strongly recommended that every user consult a local medical specialist or

psychotherapist if necessary.

Users accept the terms of use by registering on the platform and/or using the services. The Terms of

Use apply equally to the use of the Services for private and commercial use.

The use of the Services is subject exclusively to these Terms of Use.

Payment by users is made via a payment provider who only passes on the data of paying users to

Psycho-logical Counselling in anonymised form. Credit card, online payment systems (Paypal,Stripe, online

banking) and instant bank transfer are accepted as payment methods.

Should a clause of these terms of use be legally void or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of

the remaining provisions. Any invalid or ineffective provisions shall be replaced by valid provisions

that come closest to the intended economic purpose.
